You will lead on-site operations, enforce tenant rules, and deliver strong resident service. This role requires initiative, organization, and a customer-focused approach to daily park activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or related field preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple on-site operations and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rent collections, late notices, and evictions as needed.
• Enforce park rules to ensure a safe, clean environment.
• Monitor income and expenses to meet financial targets.
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and vendor management.
• Show homes to prospects and manage move-in/move-out processes.
• Establish rental rates via market surveys.
• Support marketing to generate interest and occupancy.
