The role requires strong leadership, tenant relations, and a proven track record in property management. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and a competitive salary starting at $75,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of property management experience, including leasing.
• Strong customer service and leasing skills.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Approves applications, renewals, and signs leases.
• Ensure excellent customer service to residents.
• Maintain occupancy and rental rate goals.
• Prepare and monitor operating budgets and expense control.
• Analyze property reports and financial statements.
• Manage resident retention, marketing, and advertising programs.
• Oversee vendor selection and relations.
