Qualifications

• Two years' experience in Residential Property Management or related field required.

• Experience with LIHTC properties preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in managing the apartment community.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on rents and deposits.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants.
