Qualifications

• Two years' experience in Residential Property Management or related field.
• Basic computer knowledge is required including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Experience with Yardi and LIHTC properties preferred.

• Be knowledgeable in all phases of leasing and resident retention.
• Greet prospective clients, show the community, and perform leasing duties.
