We have an immediate opening for a Full-Time Assistant Community Manager at Copper Gate Apartments in Auburn, WA. We seek a remarkable person responsible for assisting the Community Manager with all day-to-day operations, possessing a can-do attitude, and working well in a team setting. We offer:

  • $33 per hour
  • Full-time employees earn 152 hours or 19 days of PTO annually, with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours. PTO increases after 6 and 9 years with Allied Residential.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work weekends
  • Experience in LIHTC
  • Ability to perform leasing, marketing, customer service, and administrative duties
  • Knowledge of Yardi software preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and team participation willingness
  • Consistent work history and verifiable references
  • Ability to pass drug, background, and reference checks
  • A valid driver’s license

Essential Functions:

  • Conduct all business in accordance with Allied Residential policies and applicable laws
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, co-workers, and vendors
  • Assist residents and vendors with scheduling and building information
  • Process correspondence and support office operations
  • Manage lease renewals, rent collection, and move-outs
  • Maintain organized files for leases, residents, vendors, and contracts
  • Represent the company professionally at all times
  • Perform other duties as required
