We have an immediate opening for a Full Time Assistant Community Manager Position at Kirkland Heights Apartments in Kirkland, WA. We are looking for a remarkable person who will be responsible for assisting the Community Manager in all day-to-day operations, and has a can-do attitude, and works well in a team setting. We offer:

*$28-$32 per hour

*Full time employees earn 152 Hours or 19 days of PTO per year with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours a year. Increased PTO after 6 and 9 consecutive years with Allied Residential.

*Options for tuition assistance for programs like WMFHA, IREM, NAA, and other industry classes/certifications.

*Excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Provided starting the 1st of the month after 90 days of employment. (*Plans are provided by Kaiser Permanente, Dental select, and EyeMed.)

Requirements:

*Available to work weekends

*Experienced in LIHTC

*The right candidate will perform leasing, marketing, customer service and administrative duties.

*Knowledge of Yardi software preferred.

*Proficiency with general office software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

*Good customer service and communication skills.

*Have a positive attitude and willingness to participate in a team environment

*Consistent work history and verifiable references,

*Ability to pass drug/background and reference check

*A valid driver's license

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

*Conduct all business in accordance with Allied Residential policies and procedures; Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and all other Federal and State laws

*Exceptional Customer Service skills including professional, prompt, and courteous interactions with residents, co-workers, and vendors; Handle resident, vendor and prospective resident walk-ins

*Provide residents and vendors with assistance in all aspects of scheduling building maintenance, communicating building procedures and providing general building information

*Process correspondence for residents, contractors and other third parties for property management staff

*Support overall office operational needs by answering phones, filing, ordering supplies…etc.

*Conduct lease renewals; ensure lease files are complete and filed properly

*Perform rent collection, delinquency, and move-out statements

*Maintained highly organized filing system for leases, residents, insurance certificates, vendors, building contracts, and purchase orders

*Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times

*Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required
