Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience required.
• Assistant Community Manager, Leasing, or Property Management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of property management software (Entrata preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across multiple apartment communities.
• Assist with leasing, renewals, resident retention, and marketing.
• Help achieve occupancy, revenue, and collections goals.
• Process resident accounts and financial transactions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve resident concerns.
• Assist with inspections, reporting, and team support.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
