The Assistant Community Manager, under the supervision of the Community Manager, oversees daily operations and financial functions of a housing community. Key duties include rent collection, financial reporting, operations management, staff supervision, leasing, maintenance, administration and risk management. The role ensures compliance with company policies, fair housing guidelines and safety standards.

Salary Range: $28 per hour to $31 per hour
