The Assistant Community Manager oversees daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under the supervision of the Community Manager. Key responsibilities include managing rent delinquency and collections, handling personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administrative, and risk management tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

Salary Range: $20.50 - $22.15 per hour.
