Rate: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Monthly new lease andrenewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our242-unit senior living community in Richardson!Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in on-site property management
  • One year of Assistant Community Manager experience at an apartment community.
  • Strong bookkeeping and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs
  • Must be able to work one Saturday per month
  • Familiarity with Housing and/or Senior Living is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification:Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable.

Our application process includes criminal background checks and drug screens.

Rate: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
