Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for The Alexander in Rock Hill, SC. You will support hiring, training, and scheduling of front office staff while driving leasing goals through effective marketing and sales techniques.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of apartment community experience, a resident-focused mindset, strong leadership, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office is required and Entrata experience is a plus.

• High energy, resident-focused personality
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and train a leasing team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Professional writing and grammar skills for resident communications
• Entrata experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Supporting the hiring, training, and scheduling of front office staff
• Driving leasing goals through effective marketing and sales techniques
• Assisting with rent collection and achieving delinquency goals
• Ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment
• Managing resident requests with a customer-first mindset
• Helping to track purchase orders and invoices
• Promoting community events and engagement efforts
• Maintaining thorough knowledge of all leasing procedures and rental info
