As an Assistant Community Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting property operations, driving resident satisfaction, and ensuring financial accuracy. This position is ideal for someone ready to take their leasing and marketing experience to the next level in property management.

Collect and post rent, process invoices, and prepare financial reports Complete bank deposits and account reconciliations Use Yardi software for property accounting
Lease apartments and promote resident satisfaction Respond to resident inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
Mentor leasing team and support Community Manager Ensure compliance with fair housing laws

Estimated Rate of Pay: $22.83 - $29.67
This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates. The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*.
