You will collaborate with the Community Property Manager, handle move-ins/outs, lease renewals, and coordinate inspections, while maintaining accurate resident files. This on-site role suits detail-oriented leaders who can step into leadership when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in property management preferred.
• Knowledge of property operations, leasing practices, and Fair Housing laws.
• Proficient in Excel and Yardi or similar property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily operations with efficient office workflows and resident needs.
• Responds to resident inquiries with urgency and professionalism.
• Processes rent payments, issues late notices, and supports rent collection.
• Assists with leasing and renewals, including document prep and tours.
• Coordinates move-ins/outs, including unit inspections and readiness checks.
• Submits and tracks invoices and supports budget adherence and financial documentation.
• Communicates with vendors and ensures timely work orders.
• Acts as on-site lead in the absence of the Community Property Manager.
• Maintains resident files and ledgers; promotes compliance with policies.
