Job summary

Hamilton INH Properties is seeking a dynamic Community Manager to oversee four properties in Mankato, MN. You will lead on-site teams, drive occupancy, renewals, and resident satisfaction while ensuring high service standards.

The ideal candidate has 1 year in multifamily management, strong leasing and sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate maintenance and vendor activity to deliver exceptional community living.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or relevant experience.
• Minimum 1 year as a manager or similar role in multifamily management.
• Energetic, dependable self-starter.
• Well-organized.
• Strong leasing skills/sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Understand property management standards, including Fair Housing laws and Tenant/Landlord rights.
• Maintain occupancy, drive renewals, and overall resident satisfaction.
• Proactively manage residents' complaints and resolve issues.
• Manage maintenance and turnover schedules between vendors and residents.
• Maintain positive resident relations.
• Ensure property is leased to maximum occupancy.
• Office administration duties as necessary, including rent collection and community policy enforcement.

What We're Looking For:

Due to Hamilton INH Properties recent growth, we are looking for an energetic, dependable Community Manager for 4 properties in Mankato, MN. This position will play an important role in the success of the properties. The ideal candidate must be a self-starting go-getter, who is well organized with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly and takes pride in their work. This candidate should also possess a strong leadership style and an engaging personality with current and prospective residents.

Job Description: (Including but not limited to the following)

Requirements

Working Conditions:

• Currently 100% onsite
• Salary
• Pay range: $70,000 - $75,000, depending on experience.
