Yardi Voyager experience is a plus, not a requirement. The ideal candidate will be energetic, dependable, and capable of handling light administrative tasks while contributing to a positive team culture

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or relevant experience.
• Proven work experience in multifamily management.

• Well-organized and detail oriented.
• Strong leasing skills and sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Due to Hamilton INH Properties recent growth, we are looking for a full-time energetic, dependable Assistant Community Manager. This position will play an important role in the success of the properties. The ideal candidate must be a self-starting go-getter, who is well organized with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly and takes pride in their work. This candidate should also possess an engaging personality with current and prospective residents.

Requirements
