Job summary

INH Properties in Minnesota is hiring a full-time Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and deliver excellent resident service. This onsite position requires strong organization, sales skills, and the ability to engage with diverse residents.

You will manage leasing from prospect to move-in, handle rent-related tasks, and support property upkeep while contributing to a positive community. The role includes benefits standard for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leasing skills and sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new tech.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive resident relations.
• Understand property management standards, including Fair Housing laws.
• Lease to maximum occupancy with follow-up of prospects; sign leases; assist with move-in/out.
• Property upkeep including light maintenance.
• Office administration duties including rent collection and policy enforcement.

What We’re Looking For:

Due Hamilton INH Properties recent growth, we are seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant. This position will play an important role in the success of the property. The ideal candidate must be a self-starting go-getter, who is well organized with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly and takes pride in their work. This candidate should also possess an engaging personality with current and prospective residents.

Job Description: (Including but not limited to the following)

• Maintain positive resident relations
• Understand property management standards, including Fair Housing laws
• Ensure the property is leased to maximum occupancy including follow up with prospective residents, lease signing, and assist with move-in/outs
• Property Upkeep including light maintenance
• Office administration duties as necessary, including but not limited to rent collection and community policy enforcement

Requirements

Working Conditions:

• Hourly with additional commission
• Full Time
• Currently 100% onsite (not remote)
