Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in on-site property management.
• Two years as an Assistant Community Manager.
• Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License.

Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Monthly new lease andrenewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our309-unitapartment community located in the heart of Greenway Plaza, just minutes from Downtown Houston!Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements

• At least three years of experience in on-site property management with two years as an Assistant Community Manager.
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work one Saturdaymonthly with an alternative day off during the week.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am – 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification:Valid Texas Driver’s License
