The Assistant Community Manager oversees daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under the supervision of the Community Manager. Key responsibilities include managing rent collection, financial reporting, personnel, leasing, maintenance, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. You will also supervise staff and ensure resident satisfaction.
Salary Range: $17 - $21 per hour. We consider various factors in compensation decisions, including skills, experience, and certifications. Benefits include health insurance, 401K, bonuses, paid sick days, and holidays.
