The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in apartment communities and two years as an Assistant Community Manager. Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.

Work Hours: M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
