Description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Community Manager ("ACM") for our residential community in Bloomingdale, IL. The ACM will provide vital support to our Community Manager in the day-to-day operation of the property by contributing to the team's positive work environment, assisting with marketing, occupancy, and financial goals and ensuring that our residents enjoy the place that they call home.

Pay: $20-$24/hr. commensurate with experience + commissions + quarterly bonuses

Qualifications

Qualifications and Responsibilities

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a fast-paced residential rental community
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate using clear, professional language
  • Assist in lease administration activities, including abstracting leases and keeping our database current
  • Assist with rent collection and service of 5 day notices
  • Coordinate residentmove ins and move outs, including furniture delivery and pick up
  • Knowledge of effective marketing, sales and closing techniques
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager, Microsoft Office, and CRM
  • Monday through Friday schedule. Saturdays will be required from time to time.
  • Comply with industry legal requirementsrelated to allFair Housing laws
  • Performing any other tasks as directed by the Property Manager or Vice President of Operations
