A leading property management company is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager for its Bloomingdale, IL residential community. The ACM will support the Community Manager in operations, ensure resident satisfaction, and contribute to marketing and occupancy goals. We are looking for an experienced Assistant Community Manager ("ACM") for our residential community in Bloomingdale, IL. The ACM will provide vital support to our Community Manager in the day-to-day operation of the property by contributing to the team's positive work environment, assisting with marketing, occupancy, and financial goals and ensuring that our residents enjoy the place that they call home.
Pay: $20-$24/hr. commensurate with experience + commissions + quarterly bonuses
