Lawrenceville, PA – Full-time; varied schedule

Starting Pay: $22.00/hour - $25.00/hour, depending on experience

We offer a $1,500 Sign-on Bonus for Full-Time!

TheAssistant Community Manager/Occupancy Specialist is responsible for supporting the Community Manager in the management of all phases of the operation of the property including, but not limited to, marketing, maintenance, resident relations, personnel management, and general administration. Requirements For The Assistant Community Manager/Occupancy Specialist

  • Hold an Associate’s degree or equivalent from an accredited school OR have 6 months of related experience OR have an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Possess a valid Driver’s License with access to a registered and insured vehicle.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, basic computer skills, and be able to effectively communicate with residents and team members.
