Job summary

Silver Tree Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Director to oversee a senior living property in Plant City, FL. You will support the Community Director in operations, HUD compliance, leasing, and staff development.

The role requires at least 3 years of property management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a customer-service mindset. COS certification is preferred but not required; a competitive salary and benefits package are offered.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Community Director, assume responsibility for all phases of operation of the property, including but not limited to the general administration and HUD compliance requirements.
• Assist in preparation of leases and other management forms. Properly review and process all applications for residency, verifications, move-in, and recertification.
• Process forms such as 4350, 50059 and EIV.
• Manage HUD compliance at all levels of the property’s operation.
• Assisting with Hiring, Managing and Training the best quality staff.

Silver Tree Residential, LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Community Director to join our team and help oversee our senior community in Plant City, FL. Plant City Towers & Living Center is comprised of 117 affordable apartment homes for SENIORS.
