Job summary

Silver Tree Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Director for the Ellisville, MO community. You will assist the Community Director with property operations, leases, and resident services to maintain safe, quiet, and amenity-filled communities.

The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, with HUD guidelines knowledge a plus, and strong leadership with excellent verbal and written communication. We offer health insurance, 401(k), paid vacation, and a holiday bonus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of property operation under the Community Director
• Assist in lease preparation and residency applications
• Process move-out functions and final accounting
• Post collections to the property management system and maintain up-to-date data
• Assist in hiring, training, and managing staff
• Negotiate contracts with outside vendors to protect the property's interests
• Manage HUD compliance at all levels of operations

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Under the direction of the Community Director, assume responsibility for all phases of operation of the property, including but not limited to the general administration and maintenance of the physical asset.
• Assist in preparation of leases and other management forms. Properly review and process all applications for residency, verification, move-in, and re-certification.
• Process all unit move out functions, from inputting of the Notice to Vacate, to performing the Move out inspection, ending with the submittal of the Final Accounting Statement.
• Post collections to the computerized property management system and monitor it with up to date data entry.
• Assist in hiring, managing and training the best quality staff.
• Effectively negotiate contracts with outside vendors to the property’s best interest.
• Manage HUD compliance at all levels of the property’s operation.
