You will coach teammates, promote cross-sell, manage account openings and cash handling, and ensure operational excellence while supporting community growth through meaningful customer conversations.

Qualifications

• High school education with emphasis on business courses.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong oral & written communication skills.
• Experience in cash handling and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the banking center with the Community Bank Manager.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver outstanding service.
• Drive sales, service, and operational excellence while helping the team reach goals.
• Assist with account opening, cash handling, and operational oversight.
• Promote growth across lines of business through customer conversations and referrals.
• Step into a leadership role when the Community Bank Manager is unavailable.
• Resolve customer and team concerns with professionalism and sound judgment.
