Job summary

Madison Reed Hair Color Bar is seeking an Assistant Colorist to support Licensed Colorists and the Shift Lead, ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. You will learn consultations, hair care products, shampooing and conditioning, blowouts, and participate in the unlimited roots membership and subscriptions while training for promotion to Licensed Colorist in 3–9 months.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the applying state.
• Entry level experience in customer service or retail; beauty/salon preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist behind the chair with finishing services, shampooing, styling, blowouts, and toner applications.
• Support in meeting monthly sales goals through services, retail, memberships.
