Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Entry-level customer service or retail experience preferred (salon/beauty industry helpful).
• Effective communication and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in finishing services and shampooing/conditioning.
• Provide styling, blowouts, and color-related services as requested.
• Support sales through retail, memberships, and add-ons to grow revenue.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Hair Color Bar and follow policies.
• Participate in ongoing training to progress toward Licensed Colorist.
