Boston University is seeking an Assistant Coach for its Division I women's rowing program. The role supports the head coach in all aspects of competitive excellence, athlete development, and a world-class student-athlete experience.
The successful candidate will foster a high-performance team culture, uphold NCAA and Patriot League rules, and contribute to the academic and personal growth of student-athletes. A Bachelor's degree and coaching/row experience are required.
