Boston University seeks an assistant coach for its Division I women's rowing program. The role supports the head coach in all aspects of a competitive program and emphasizes athlete development and a world-class student-athlete experience.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of coaching and collegiate rowing experience, with strict adherence to NCAA, Patriot League, and university rules.
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Assist the head coach in all aspects of a Division I women's rowing program committed to competitive excellence, athlete development, and a world-class student-athlete experience. The assistant coach will help foster a positive, high-performance team culture while supporting the athletic, academic, and personal growth of Boston University student-athletes.
B.A./B.S. and one to three years coaching and collegiate rowing experience. Knowledge of and adherence to NCAA, Patriot League, and University rules and regulations.
