Job summary
Heritage High School in Lynchburg, VA seeks an Assistant Coach for Varsity Softball. You will assist the head coach with practice planning, game prep, and developing players' skills, with potential stipends for coaching duties.
Previous softball playing experience is required, with coaching experience preferred. The role involves occasional travel to events and adherence to district athletic policies.

POSITION SUMMARY
- Responsible for assisting the head coach with the softball program. Coaching, instructing and performing other duties necessary to the development of the individuals and the team.
- Assists the head coach with planning and running team practice sessions, game preparation, and strength/conditioning. Performs other duties as assigned by the Head Softball Coach.
