Tufts University located in Medford, MA is seeking a full-time Assistant Coach for Strength and Conditioning. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing strength training programs for intercollegiate athletes, aiding recovery, and collaborating with various departments to ensure athletes reach their peak performance.
This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, coaching experience, and certifications in strength and conditioning and first aid. The position offers a competitive salary package for a 10-month contract.

The Tufts University Department of Athletics seeks a full-time, 10-Month, Assistant Coach for Strength and Conditioning, who will reporting to the Director of Sports Performance. The Assistant Coach for Strength and Conditioning is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of individual and group strength training programs for intercollegiate varsity student-athletes. In addition, this position will assist with tasks related to aiding the Tufts Personalized Performance Program (student personal trainers servicing the Tufts community), and the Fitness Center.
Athletics assistant coaches are employed by Tufts University for 10 months out of the calendar year. Compensation shall be pro-rated based on the portion of a full-time position for which the staff member is employed. (10 month range: min-$31,333, mid-$39,167, max-$47,000)
Minimum $37,000.00, Midpoint $46,100.00, Maximum $55,600.00 Salary is based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity; generally, new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
