Under the direction of the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach,assist with all facets of strength and conditioning program,primarily by: instructing student-athletes on strength andconditioning skills and techniques, educating on strength andconditioning rules and NCAA requirements, assessing comprehensionof skills, techniques and rules and providing additionalinstruction as appropriate, and preparing team for competition andpractice. During period of appointment, this position will reportto Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, and will be assigned tosport programs. Assistant coach must perform duties in compliancewith all College, Patriot League, and NCAA rules andregulations.

This is a 10 hour per week position which runs from September 1,2026 through April 30, 2027. The salary for this position isbetween $8,000 - $10,000 commensurate with experience.
