Assistant Coach- Men's Rowing

About the Opportunity

Summary:

The Assistant Coach of Men's Rowing will work closely with andunder the supervision of the Head Coach in the management of aDivision I Men's Rowing Program aspiring to compete for a nationalchampionship. The Assistant Coach will bring strong sport specificknowledge and experience to this position with the expectation thatthis role will contribute significantly to the professionalism ofthe coaching staff and the integrity, quality, and success of theprogram and the student-athletes. The Assistant Coach will haveinput into the technical and physiological training programsimplemented. The Assistant Coach will also work closely with theHead Coach to recruit exceptional student - athletes. The AssistantCoach will work under the direction of the Head Coach to advancethe skills and strength of all of the student-athletes (freshmenthrough seniors) and all of the crews within the Men's RowingProgram.
