Qualifications

Agreement with the AACS Statement of Faith.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
CPR/First Aid Training Certification (or willingness to obtain prior to the season).
Ability to work collaboratively with school administration and other coaches.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and conducting practices, drills, and game strategies.
Provide individualized coaching and feedback to players.
Support the head coach during competitions, including lineup decisions and in-competition adjustments, as appropriate to the sport.
Maintain open communication with players, parents, and coaching staff.
Uphold and enforce team rules and school athletic policies.
Ensure player safety and proper use of equipment.
