• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Willingness to drive a school mini-bus (standard driver’s license required)
• Commitment to strict child protection policies and safety protocols

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the Girls Varsity Lacrosse program
• Establish and maintain a strong culture aligned with the mission of the school
• Collaborate with the Boys Varsity Lacrosse Head Coach and middle school coaches to ensure developmental alignment from grades 6–12
• Build relationships with local clubs and recreational programs to connect our students to
• Design and implement training sessions emphasizing technical growth, tactical understanding, and character formation
• Foster an environment of disciplined training and continuous improvement
• Support multi-sport athletes in balanced student development
• Ensure all matches are filmed and reviewed for development
• Use game film regularly for team analysis and program improvement
• Incorporate video review into training discussions with players
• Equipment and video software provided by the school
• Game scheduling guidance
• Player development pathways
• College recruitment advising for families
• Off-season training opportunities and camps
• Build strong relationships with players and families
• Partner with families and local churches in development of student-athletes
• Contribute to a unified school culture where athletics, arts, and academics support one another
• Collaborate with coaches and staff; department functions as a community
• Uphold in-season strength and conditioning participation
• Encourage optional off-season development opportunities
• Season: Jan 1 – May 15; Training: Mon–Fri 4:30–6:30 PM; Games: Weekdays and 2–3 Saturdays
• No Sunday games or practices
• No games or training over Easter Weekend
• Summer Season: Jun 15 – Aug 15; Skill Training: 1 day a week; lifting 2 days a week
• Fall/Winter Season: Align with IAAM Off-Season restrictions and clinics/camps
