Douglas County School District in Castle View High School is seeking an Assistant Coach for Girls Soccer at the high school level. You will organize and implement a competitive program, developing student athletes who value academics, fundamentals, and sportsmanship, while collaborating with administrators, teachers, coaches, sponsors, students, parents, and the community.

This seasonal role has no set hours per week and is open until filled; the district encourages qualified external candidates

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous coaching experience preferred.

An athletic coach with Douglas County School District will be charged with the organization and implementation of a successful program. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to develop a competitive program that is committed to the creation of student athletes who demonstrate a commitment to academics, strong fundamental skills, and sportsmanship. The successful candidate will be expected to collaborate with administrators, teachers, coaches, sponsors, students, parents, and members of the community to ensure that the school stands out with pride for our community.
