Job summary

The Blake School in Hopkins, MN is seeking an Assistant Coach for Girls Lacrosse – Junior Varsity. The role directs, serves, and coordinates the JV lacrosse program, focusing on player development and program planning.

Following the mission of The Blake School and the core purposes of the athletic department, the JV lacrosse coach will direct, serve, and coordinate the Blake School Girls Lacrosse program.

The Blake Girls Lacrosse Program competes in the Independent Metro Athletic Conference, which is part of the Minnesota State High School League.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

• strong knowledge of lacrosse fundamentals
• experience coaching with demonstrated success at the high school level
• passion for working with the high school athlete
• ability to balance team building with individual skill building

• demonstrates a history of nurturing and empowering young women

Job Duties

• assist with planning and coordinating all schedules and practice
