Milford School District NH is seeking a Junior Varsity Girls Lacrosse Coach to guide student athletes in lacrosse fundamentals, strategy and physical training, fostering character, self-discipline, confidence and pride.

The role requires preparing game and practice plans, occasionally leading early practices, and providing adult supervision for bus transportation to away games, while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship throughout the season.

Qualificações

• Experience coaching lacrosse with adolescents is preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification is required.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

Under the supervision of the High School Athletic Director the Junior Varsity Girls Lacrosse Coach will instruct student athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical trainingnecessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. This position will also instruct and demonstrate behaviors that lead to strong character development, self discipline, self confidence, and pride of accomplishment in the student athletes. Prepare game and practice plans, and occasionally lead early practices and act as adult supervision for bus transportation to and from away games.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Demonstrated ability to foster meaningful relationships with adolescents, strong leadership skills and dynamic presence.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

High school orcollege lacrosse participation and/or coaching experience is preferred.

Knowledge of first aid and CPR required. District will provide training.
