Assistant Coach for Player Development & Analysis - Seasonal

Position Purpose:

The Assistant Coach for Player Development & Analysis will play a key role in the development of student-athletes and the overall success of the Bates Women's Soccer program. The position will focus primarily on individualized coaching, player development, and video analysis, while also supporting the Head Coach and coaching staff with the day-to-day operations of the program.

Job Duties:

  • Attend weekly practices and games
  • Offer individualized coaching plans to players
  • Provide video analysis and footage
  • Assist in all other areas of the Women's Soccer program as deemed necessary

Minimum Qualifications:

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience

  • Prior experience playing college soccer preferred
  • Prior experience with coaching student athletes preferred

Skills and Knowledge

  • Commitment to equity and inclusion, and serving the needs of a culturally and educationally diverse community
  • Experience with video analysis
  • Familiarity with different coaching platforms and software

Hiring Range: The hiring rate for this position is $17.00.
