Title: Assistant Coach for Player Development & Analysis -Seasonal
Position Purpose:

The Assistant Coach for Player Development & Analysis will playa key role in the development of student-athletes and the overallsuccess of the Bates Women's Soccer program. The position willfocus primarily on individualized coaching, player development, andvideo analysis, while also supporting the Head Coach and coachingstaff with the day-to-day operations of the program.

Job Duties:
  • Attend weekly practices and games
  • Offer individualized coaching plans to players
  • Assist in strengthening over-all player development
  • Provide video analysis and footage
  • Assist in all other areas of the Women's Soccer program asdeemed necessary
Minimum Qualifications:
Education

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience
  • Prior experience playing college soccer preferred
  • Prior experience with coaching student athletes preferred
Skills and Knowledge
  • Commitment to equity and inclusion, and serving the needs of aculturally and educationally diverse community
  • Experience with video analysis
  • Familiarity with different coaching platforms and software

Hiring Range:

The hiring rate for this position is$17.00.
