The role requires at least a high school diploma and one year of coaching or related experience, plus strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills. Travel and driving responsibilities are included.

Director, Athletics
Assists Head Coach with organization of practices, recruitment, team travel, fundraising, and a commitment to providing a positive student-athlete experience. Assists in training, teaching, and conditioning student-athletes. Requires effective interpersonal and organizational skills.
Duties are performed indoors and outdoors daily, as weather conditions permit, in the athletics environment. Noise level can be moderate to loud.
