• Promote and uphold institute policies and procedures.
• Initiate activities in support of the rowing team.
• Collaborate with the head coach to provide skill and developmental support.
• Attend all practices and events, including regattas.

Minimum Education

• Bachelor’s Degree.

Minimum Knowledge

• Working knowledge of fundamental concepts of rowing, practices and procedures.
• Ability to apply knowledge in varied situations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.

• Knowledge of skill development and US Rowing rules and regulations.
• Ability to work with and develop a variety of experience and skill levels.
