Job summary

The Blake School in Minnesota is seeking an enthusiastic soccer coach to work with the middle and high school program. You will mentor players, provide on- and off-field training, manage goalkeeper instruction, and coordinate events with the athletic staff.

You’ll collaborate with coaching staff, communicate with players and parents, and support the athletic director with additional duties as assigned. This role emphasizes player development, teamwork, and respect for sport.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals.
• Experience coaching with demonstrated success at middle/high school levels.
• Passion for working with lower level school athletes.
• Ability to balance team building with individual skill building.

Responsibilities

• Work with the current coaching staff to implement training.
• Provide on and off the field training opportunities including instruction and goalkeeper management.
• Assist with organizing off the field events.
• Communicate with players and parents.
