Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Some experience with CNC machinery or digital fabrication preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of CNC machinery and digital fabrication equipment.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of fabricated parts through careful attention to detail.
• Work closely with the team to maintain efficient production workflows.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Continuously learn new skills and technologies related to digital fabrication.
• Safety: Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations by all employees.
• Quality: Assure all decks are checked and identified properly.
• Productivity: Maintain utilization specified by supervisor and/or lead.
• Coordinates: Communicate with other operators on any issues or shortages to supervisor or lead.
• Team player and willing to work closely with others.
• Dexterity: Employee would work with their hands, and need to be able to lift or hold heavy items.
• Other duties may be assigned by Manager or Supervisor.

• Pay or shift range: $21 USD to $34 USD

The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Forklift license or must be able to pass forklift test to be certified by PlayCore.
