Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Management or Supervisory experience.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Organize shift schedule for team members.
• Assist in the coordination and hiring of team members.
• Train new or current team members on club tasks.
• Supervise team members performance and share feedback.
• Manage inventory system for club operations.
