Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs in Lawrence, KS is seeking an Assistant Club Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, memberships, services, and promotions while leading staff to deliver exceptional member experiences.

You will manage budgets, sales initiatives, and vendor relationships; ensure safety and cleanliness; and hire/train scheduling of gym staff. CPR certification and industry experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage and motivate others.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills.
• CPR Certification.
