Role Overview

The Assistant Clinical Supervisor plays a vital role in guiding the growth of our clinical team, supporting skill development and leadership. This position involves providing supervision, guidance, and oversight of clinical staff, managing services, and ensuring program quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseloads, ensure supervision hours, and coordinate services
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Supervise behavior technicians, provide training and evaluations
• Complete required reports and documentation
• Provide parent training and support
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Enrolled in a master’s program in related field
• Spanish bilingual required
• At least 1 year of direct behavior analysis services experience
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate leadership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and sit/stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Self-motivated, responsible, organized
• Culturally competent, experience with diverse populations
• Supervisory experience preferred
