360 Behavioral Health in Merced, CA is seeking an Assistant Clinical Supervisor III to lead a team, shape high-quality clinical programs, and supervise direct services as you gain hands-on experience toward BCBA certification.

This role supports billable services, supervision hours, and data-driven treatment adjustments within a collaborative, HIPAA-compliant environment, offering growth and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field required.
• Minimum 1 year experience providing behavior analysis services.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience including staff training.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and meet supervision hours and direct services requirements.
• Manage client programs, monitor progress, and adjust treatment as needed.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans with case providers.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training and parent coaching.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and company policies.
• Prepare utilization and treatment reports for supervisors.
• Lead team meetings and support staff development.
• Contribute to clinical program improvements on projects.

Your Role in Action

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct services
• Manage client programs, monitor progress, and make data-driven treatment adjustments
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training, feedback, and parent coaching
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies
• Prepare and submit utilization and treatment reports to supervisors
• Lead team meetings and support staff professional development
• Participate in special projects and contribute to clinical program improvement

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years clinical experience delivering direct services to individuals with diverse diagnoses and skill levels (desired)
• 1+ year supervisory experience, including staff training and performance evaluations
• Expertise in assessment and intervention strategies
• Report writing and documentation skills
