360 Behavioral Health in Palmdale, CA is seeking an Assistant Clinical Supervisor II to lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team while advancing your Master’s in ABA. Manage caseloads, supervise staff, and develop high-quality clinical programs in a collaborative setting.

You will supervise clinicians, ensure HIPAA compliance, and drive treatment planning with growth opportunities into clinical leadership roles while pursuing your graduate studies.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s Program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Minimum 1 year providing behavior analysis services
• Minimum 1 year leading and training staff

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct service delivery
• Manage client programs, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training, feedback, and parent coaching
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and special projects as needed

Your Role in Action
