360 Behavioral Health in Long Beach, CA seeks an Assistant Clinical Supervisor II PT who is pursuing a Master’s in ABA or related field. You will carry a caseload, supervise staff, and help shape high-quality clinical programs while gaining hands-on supervisory leadership.

Responsibilities include supervising Behavior Technicians, ensuring documentation and HIPAA compliance, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s Program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year providing behavior analysis services.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory leadership and staff training.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct service delivery.
• Manage client programs, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training, feedback, and parent coaching.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and special projects as needed.
