360 Behavioral Health in Commerce, CA invites an Assistant Clinical Supervisor II to advance your ABA career while pursuing a Master’s. You’ll carry a caseload, supervise a team of Behavior Technicians, and shape high-quality clinical programs through hands-on leadership and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s Program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year providing behavior analysis services.
• Minimum 1 year leading and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct service delivery.
• Manage client programs, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain documentation.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training, feedback, and parent coaching.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and special projects as needed.

Your Role in Action
